Waylan, age 15, loves to go to camp. Having been active at MAM Bethel for several years, he has spent a week at Victory Ranch and Kids Across America. This week he is attending camp at Kids Across America outside Branson, Missouri for the second time.
Waylan says he loves going to camp with his MAM coach and MAM friends. He says that the food is good, too! A favorite memory from last summer was discussing Ephesians 2:8 after lights out.
Last summer he learned how to play baseball and he plans to sharpen his batting skills this week.
Most importantly, Waylan says that a week at camp makes his life in Memphis better. “Being around my MAM coach all day and night has made me quit cussing. And I never read my Bible at night until I saw my coach read his.”
