“More than 150 seventh graders from Hutchison School and Memphis University School recently teamed up to serve several local organizations.
The student volunteers gathered at Hutchison in the morning to meet Paula Rushing, volunteer coordinator at Mid-South Food Bank, and Vince Alfonso, golf operations manager at Memphis Athletic Ministries. The group then boarded four buses to travel to the food bank’s warehouse and offices, Perea Preschool and Memphis Athletic Ministries Golf Course.”
