Part-Time Literacy Coach (Multiple Positions)

Male Part-Time Youth Coordinator

The Part-Time Youth Coordinator is responsible for administering the daily programming and operations of a MAM neighborhood center. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Using organized sports and activities to draw at-risk neighborhood youth to the site; creating a safe, nurturing environment by managing sports-based youth development programming that addresses the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of youth. The Youth Coordinator reports to the Neighborhood Director with close guidance and direction from the Operations Management Team. Development Director

The Development Director is responsible for fundraising and donor engagement at Memphis Athletic Ministries. The Development Director will report directly to the CEO on the planning, organization and direction of the fundraising efforts at MAM. The Development Director focuses their efforts on expanding mid-major gifts, monthly giving, event-based fundraising and strategic growth efforts. Their role is primarily in developing relationships with MAM donors, foundations, churches and businesses to support brothers and sisters in Christ in stewarding their resources and accomplishing their goals. Marketing Intern

MAM is seeking a marketing intern to support MAM’s vision and mission through online and printed marketing materials, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: ensure print media, newsletters and marketing tools are high quality, professional, current and consistent across the organization; maintain MAM’s social media presence and ensure all social media messaging is consistent in form and function; create/update marketing materials in a timely manner; manage website; create high-quality photos and videos; oversee online fundraising campaigns; manage online marketing platforms; manage online communications including emails and our blog; manage design and procurement of promotional items; represent MAM at community events as needed; organize donor communications.
